Biography

Heinz Valk (birth name Heinrich Valk; born March 7, 1936 in Gatchina) is an Estonian artist, caricaturist and politician. (Estonian: Ükskord me võidame niikuinii!) some of the most famous sentences from the end of the 1980s and beginning of the 1990s, to describe Estonia's struggle for regaining independence from the Soviet Union in the early 1990s.
