Storyline

Commissioned by the Board of the State Savings Bank of the USSR. Fyodor was late for his date because he had to pay his housing and utility bills. His friend advises Fyodor to pay his utility bills by bank transfer at the savings bank. The film's slogan: Bank transfers save you time.
