Storyline

The strange young man goes to the fishermen's village in search of his brother's murderer, and discovers that he was killed by the group he was working in. The murderer is the teacher Dhahi, who controls the village's destinies, exploiting the fishing boats, while smuggling drugs to increase his wealth.
