Storyline

In this action-packed suspense thriller, renowned homicide detectives are summoned to Las Vegas to investigate a series of bizarre murders. Officer Brooks and Wade must settle their own differences from the past before they can apprehend the cool and calm Dr. Ice. When the detectives attempt to question Dr. Ice, the pressure is on.
